Q: May I use my own photograph?
A: Yes you can.
Q: Can I send you my photo in a digital format?
A: We do not advise this because we are using a 48-bit HighRes Drum Scanner which is the ONLY way to get the high quality we are known for worldwide.
Q: What kind of photograph should it be?
A: It should be a paper photograph 4" x 5" or larger, preferably high gloss. It is even better to use a good slide.
Q: Is it possible to use more than one photo?
A: Yes, of course, for a small additional price.
Q: Is it possible to order less than 1,000 copies?
A: No, because the printing job needs a minimum amount of copies to be efficient. 500 cards will cost you the same price as 1,000.
Q: How do I place an order with my own photo?
A: Download our PDF-order form. Fill it out, note the details and choose the quantity. Then send your order together with your photograph to:

Q: What more can you tell me about the QSL SHOP?
A: We have been in the printing business since 1993. We print nearly 4,000,000 cards per year and have made more than 20,000,000 QSL cards in total. Our costumers are well known Dxpeditioners including such as OH2BH, SM7PKK, DK7PE, ON6TT, DJ9ZB, DJ6SI and many others.
Q: Can I be sure to get cards without mistakes?
A: Before we print your cards you will receive a sample for front and back. After proof reading you give us your OK for printing.
Q: How to pay?
A: You may pay by credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Q: I don't want to send you my credit card number by e-mail….
A: Then you should send use the information by fax (++49-30-44669469).
Q: How long does it take you to print my QSL cards?
A: It needs about 4 weeks after your OK.
